VOLMAX SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

You can select your shipping mode from the two options below:

1. Standard shipping via Registered Post
   • Pricing –
     1. North America including United States of America: US$ 15
     2. Rest of the world: US$ 20
   • Period of delivery: 10 to 20 working days

The local post serves as the carrier in this type of shipping. The disadvantage is that the shipping progress of your parcel cannot be tracked and may take almost 25 working days to reach in extreme scenarios. 2. Speed Post Express (EMS) Mail
   • Pricing –
     1. Minimum cost: US$ 20
     2. Additional cost varies according to the type and overall quantity of the ordered product.
     3. If you are ordering in USA/UK can, the order delivery can be tracked online.
   • Period of delivery: 7 to 15 working days

EMS will be used as the mode of shipping for your order. Ideally it should take 7 to 10 working days (but in extreme cases it may go up to 15 working days). As soon as your order is dispatched from our state-of-the-art storage facility, intimation will be sent to you via and email. This email will contain the order tracking number, which allows you to track your order throughout its journey on the link provided in the email.

There shall be no handling fee levied on the first order containing a single unit quantity. On the next order or additional unit, a charge of US$8.00 per unit order shall be levied as handling charges.

E.g.:

• For an order of 1 unit of Volmax or alternately one order of 90 Volmax (30 or 90 Tab) - there will be no handling fees for that order.
• In case if there is an order of Volmax + 1 unit of Volmax + an additional order of (30 or 90 Tab) then the handling charges shall be US$16.00 i.e. US$8.00 for shipping the Volmax unit + US$8.00 for shipping the additional order of Volmax (30 or 90 Tab).

You are requested to note the following points:

• In exceptional cases, your order may be dispatched through different carriers. This possibility increases on account of products that have to be handled differently, dimension restrictions like the size and weight and/or service levels.
• In case your order is made by (02:00 AM) 0200 hrs EST (Eastern Standard time) and the payment transaction verification is completed, then “In stock” products are usually dispatched within 24 – 48 hours. Avoid inaccurate or incomplete information to minimize processing delays.
• Difference in billing information to the shipping information may also delay the order due to verification.
• Shipping/delivery services are halted for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Orders cannot be shipped to Sweden, Norway and Africa due to governmental restrictions.
• Any speedpost orders not reaching within 15 business days will allow you options to either a refund or a reshipment. In case there is a reshipping, you are not entitled for additional amount paid for speed shipping in spite of the order not reaching you within 7 – 12 business days.
• It is essential that you select the accurate shipping zone. Inaccurate shipping zone may show an extra charge in your credit card statement that is billed for the difference in the shipping charges.

Return Policy

Products that are to be returned should be done within 10 working days, starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You are requested to get in touch with our customer support at support.medhubonline.com. You will be provided with a RMA number as well as further instructions about returning the product.
The original invoice or its copy along with the RMA number provided from our customer support should be included. The “Distance Selling Act” entitles you to receive refund in your credit card once the product has reached us. The “Distance Selling Act” will come into force only if the product is returned to us within 10 working days.

Cancelling an order

Due to instant processing of orders by our logistics partners, cancellation of your orders is not possible. If you do not require the product, kindly refer to the return policy mentioned in the FAQ and set the return process in motion immediately.
